Information we collect
When you book a call, request a demo, or request pricing, we collect the information needed to respond: name, email address, company, role, optional phone number and note, meeting details, and the workforce scope you provide. Pricing scope may include market, sites, vendors, contingent workers, and source systems.
We also process limited security and delivery metadata needed to validate requests, prevent abuse, deliver notifications, and diagnose failures. We do not retain reCAPTCHA tokens, raw webhook payloads, or raw IP addresses in lead records. Infrastructure logs may temporarily contain network metadata and are configured for 30-day retention.
How we use it
We use submitted information to schedule and manage meetings, assess a suitable Staroplex package, prepare and discuss pricing, communicate about the request, secure the website, and maintain an audit record of delivery. If a market or campaign accompanied the request, we retain only the allowlisted market, source, medium, campaign, and content values submitted with it.
Cookies and similar technologies
Staroplex does not use advertising cookies, cross-site retargeting, session replay, browser fingerprinting, or a persistent visitor identifier on this website.
Your browser may store an explicit light or dark theme preference in local storage. The booking calendar is rendered by Staroplex and requests availability through our server; the website does not embed Cal.com or load Cal.com scripts in your browser. Google reCAPTCHA loads only when you submit a booking or demo request and may use necessary security technologies under Google's terms.
We record a small set of first-party, aggregate events such as a route view, call-to-action click, or market selection. Events contain a route template, coarse device and referrer categories, the selected market, and allowlisted campaign labels where present. They contain no persistent browser identifier, raw IP address, full user-agent string, full referrer URL, query string, form value, email address, or company name. Counts are stored as daily aggregates for up to 400 days and are not joined to identified lead records.
Service providers
Google Cloud and Firebase host the website, API, aggregate measurement, and request records. Cal.com provides scheduling through server-to-server requests. Resend provides email delivery. Google reCAPTCHA helps detect abusive submissions. If WhatsApp notifications are enabled, Twilio and Meta process those server-side messages; no Meta advertising pixel is loaded in a visitor's browser. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention
Contact and booking records are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship or legal obligation. Notification diagnostics are retained for up to 90 days. Application logs are configured for 30-day retention.
Your choices
You can clear the theme preference through your browser storage controls. Because this website currently uses no optional analytics cookie, there is no optional-cookie category to accept. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Email privacy@staroplex.com.
Security
We use role-scoped service access, encryption in transit and at rest, signed webhook verification, and server-only database access for website submissions. No internet service is completely secure, so we also minimize the information collected.
Changes
We may update this notice when the website or its providers change. The date above identifies the current version.
